Ten years ago, Amy took her first Spinning class and fell in love. Since then, she’s become a certified Mad Dogg Spinning instructor, kept cycling strong through two pregnancies, and teaches cycling to students, faculty, and staff at Tufts University, where she works during the day in the Financial Aid Office. Amy is a big believer in the motto: “We all start together and we all end together. There is no last place in Spinning.” She loves how indoor cycling is accessible to everyone regardless of fitness level, and she makes every student feel welcomed and motivated. In addition to being an instructor and a mom, Amy is a board member of the Farm Direct Coop, which supports local organic farmers. She’s passionate about eating clean, local food and honoring the earth and ourselves through a healthy and active lifestyle.
