Director of Fitness Programs
If Beth had a superpower, it would be time control — and we bet she’d still load up her schedule to make sure members got the best classes possible. As Director of Fitness Programs and an instructor, she designs and teaches over 10 classes a week, manages the Pulse X and Cycle teams, and organizes the jam-packed calendars. It’s all part of sharing her passion for fitness — a focus that’s earned her certifications in Pilates, barre, TRX, kettlebell, yoga, and other specialties. We think she already bends time a little and, with her characteristic good humor, she does it all with a smile.
