Kristen Ross

As a mom to two young children, Kristen works hard to be a good role model for them when it comes to fitness, healthy eating, and emotional well-being. She brings that same zest for wellness to her Cycle classes where she’s committed to coaching and inspiring students so they feel motivated from start to finish. Her favorite part of teaching is guiding a group of students at different levels and seeing them all succeed together. She often jokes about how loud she is — but those are the best coaches, and that turn-the-volume-up enthusiasm is infectious.
