As a self-admitted Type A personality and the mom of triplets, Mallory is usually fully caffeinated and rushing from one task to another. But that’s why yoga is so central in her life, reminding her to slow down, switch gears, and just breathe. She brings that focus and experience to her classes, encouraging students to find calm and balance along with kindness and playfulness. In her class, you’ll find that yoga is so much more than just a series of postures. The practice asks you to connect to your body on a deeper level, to embrace movement in new ways. That’s what keeps Malloy coming back to her mat, and she’s thrilled to share that passion with her students.
