For Margaret, becoming a yoga teacher was a way to deeply understand and share her own journey in resilience. Instilling a sense of being grounded and present in her students, she roots her practice in the Buddhist philosophy of living kindness and compassion, helping students set intentions and explore their own inner wisdom. She considers herself a guide, providing the gentle direction students need to find greater freedom in their yoga journeys. Margaret received her yoga certification through Lexington Power Yoga and teaches vinyasa flow and power yoga classes at all levels.
