Whether she’s leading a Pilates session, instructing clients on functional strength training, designing a cycling class, or providing insights as a holistic wellness coach, Meredith brings two essential elements to every effort: education and motivation. She guides clients to be the best version of themselves in a way that is simple and stress-free. Meredith first began teaching group fitness classes while attending nursing school and has expanded her education by earning certifications as a Mad Dogg spinning instructor, a TRX-qualified instructor, a STOTT Pilates Matwork & Reformer trained instructor, and a National Academy of Sports Medicine personal trainer. Dedicated, hardworking, and caring, Meredith loves seeing people transform their health and happiness, no matter what fitness and wellness paths they’re on.
