When it comes to helping clients improve health and quality of life, Reece is a passionate, energetic expert who works to hone his skills every day. Drawing on his education and experience — including a bachelor’s degree in applied exercise science and work as a strength and conditioning coach and exercise physiologist — Reece develops fit life’s Athlete Conditioning workshops, Functional Progressive resistance training classes, and Pulse Cross Cardio classes. He also does personal training out of the Whole Health studio. When asked to pick a superhero that he’d most like to emulate, he said the choice was easy: Superman, since he’s so well-rounded in terms of skills. If that’s the criteria for superpowers, it sounds like Reece could don a cape already.
