As a fitness professional, Sue assists clients in becoming the best version of themselves every day. They work hard (and often laugh hard) as she provides coaching, motivation, education, and support through every step of every workout. She draws on extensive credentials, including certifications in Stages Flight Cycle, Les Mills BODYPUMP, BODYCOMBAT, BODYFLOW, BODYSTEP, CXWORX, BODYJAM, and STOTT Pilates. Joking that the word colleagues would use to describe her is “loud,” Sue brings considerable intensity to her classes, but it’s all in the name of passion and enthusiasm. She says her superhero power would be “giving people confidence,” but it seems she has plenty of that ability already.
