Partner (semi-private) and small group personal training: Our semi-private training consists of two clients training together at the same time. Our small group training accommodates up to six individuals and can be arranged to meet your group’s schedule. Both semi-private and small group training must be arranged with a fit life trainer in advance.
Private reformer/equipment Pilates: Our trainers are STOTT Pilates-trained instructors. STOTT Pilates is a contemporary approach to the original exercise method pioneered by the late Joseph Pilates. Benefits include improved strength, flexibility, coordination, and balance.
